Urology Video Visit follows strict U.S. federal and state laws regarding prescription medications.

1. Prescription Requirements

• Prescriptions are issued only after a licensed provider evaluation.
• Medications are prescribed only if clinically appropriate.
• We do not prescribe controlled substances (e.g., opioids, benzodiazepines).

2. Approved Medications

• PDE-5 inhibitors (Cialis, Viagra, Levitra)
• Finasteride
• Tamsulosin
• Testosterone therapy (with lab confirmation)
• Antibiotics for UTIs

3. Dispensing Pharmacies

• Prescriptions are filled exclusively by licensed U.S. pharmacies.
• We do not ship medications from outside the U.S.

4. Refills & Follow-Ups

• Some medications require periodic follow-ups and monitoring.
• Refills may be denied without follow-up care when medically necessary.

5. Patient Safety

• Patients must provide accurate health information.
• Providers may refuse or discontinue prescriptions for safety reasons.
